Acer appoints Regenersis
Acer has appointed Regenersis as Acer South Africa’s outsourced repair centre of all Acer group products.
Regenersis is one of Acer EMEA’s strategic service partners, providing a various range of services in UK, Sweden and Poland fromsSmartphone repairs to motherboard components level repairs. Regenersis is a strategic outsourcing partner to many of the world’s leading consumer technology companies. and provides specific core competencies which complement Acer’s own advanced technical and operational know how.
Regenersis will be the repair centre supporting the whole range of Acer group products from notebooks, netbooks, desktops, projectors, LCD monitors to tablets. It will provide a highly functional, easy to reach walk-in centre for customers for both in warranty and after warranty services.
Acer has taken this opportunity to implement a state of the art industrial process allowing fast and smooth handling of units.
