First PC laptop available through FNB online
For the first time First National Bank (FNB) will have a PC Laptop available as part of their online purchase offering. Along with an array of smartphones and tablets, FNB will include the Acer PC Laptops and Ultrabooks to their clients.
Existing and new FNB Gold or Platinum Cheque Account clients or FNB Private Clients will be able to purchase any of the following Acer products: The Aspire S3Ultrabook with Core i7 processor, The Aspire M3 Ultrabook and the Aspire V3 Laptop. Each of the products offered have different price points thus ensuring that it is available to a large and targeted audience

The Acer S3 Aspire was the first Ultrabook to be revealed in October 2012 and Acer has continued to exceed each benchmark combining the combining essential features of the smartphone and tablet PC, such as fast startup and Internet connectivity, with long battery life and convenience.
Clients can order their new PC Laptop by visiting fnb.co.za or by SMSing “laptop” to 32812 (standard network rates apply). The contracted courier will deliver the new iPads directly to the addresses supplied by clients.

The monthly payment is added to the customer’s monthly account charge,” added Terblanche.
Clients who previously ordered and received another tablet or smartphone via the FNB offer can elect to pay off that product, should they wish to order the new iPad.
A new 24 month repayment term will kick in. Customers who are still keen to buy an iPad, but who would like cheaper monthly payments, can still order the iPad 2.
FNB’s further offers to customers also include up to 2GB free ADSL data per month, discounted 3G data, free calls and SMSs between FNB App users, eBucks, Fuel and Airtime Rewards with up to 15% reward back on the value of spend, free SLOW Lounge access and unlimited electronic transactions.
